  • Profile: SeaCraft's Technology- Rapid Expandable Modular Molding System (REMMS) is available for licencing. Large vessel hulls are built in modules 5 times faster than the open molding "female mold" process. The REMMS mold enables vessels to be built ranging from 65' to 120' in one mold. The vessel hull style is mono hull, full displacement. SeaCraft has just completed the production of a REMMS mold for a performance tri-hull vessel to construct vessels from 32' to 45' for patrol & fast ferry vessels. This design offers speeds up to 70 knots/hr.,great stability and is fuel efficient. At present time a REMMS mold for the superstructure is being constructed for FRP/Composite superstructures to fit 32'- 45' tri-hulls. A 40' patrol craft is currently being prototyped. A larger version of the tri-hull has been designed, modeled for tank testing (60' to 85'). A semi displacement "V' hull, shallow draft vessel design is available for boats from 28.5' and for vessels 65' to 120' in fibreglass and composites with options of solid FRP, core, vacuum bagging.
