We see this as having great potential for you, us, and our customer. Also, this allows for out of warranty service, creating a standard flow of materials for the repair of these goods. Please advise the following; Available goods, incl'd all specs and package details. Please provide pictures for ref. All optional subcomponents. Lead times. (4) samples of each type needed to provide customer with marketing options, and review/analysis. All sample goods paid for in advance by Clox Worldwide. Container qty's and mix/match volumes are required. Quality standards documentation. Please provide copies of all certificates you have for manufacturers (ISO etc.) and warranty info. Defect rates are greatly appreciated in determining final decisions. Terms. Please state your terms. L/C, T/T, and any other negotiable offer will be entertained. Please quote both FOB and CIF your point of export.Labelling? Is it possible to have private labels produced for these goods? As OEM's would be difficult to compete with because of longstanding market relations (esp. with respects to quality standards) our customer does not wish to compete with them in their markets. Rather, to provide an economically priced product in an untapped market where there is no competition.
